EasySoft™ Sealant #0503 is a silicone sealant specifically designed for use with EasySoft permanent soft denture liner. It is applied to the trimmed areas of the EasySoft liner to help seal and protect the finished liner surface.

The sealant is designed to work as part of the EasySoft soft-lining system and is suitable for both laboratory and chairside applications. EasySoft recommends applying the sealant only to the trimmed areas of the liner after finishing.

Application

EasySoft™ Sealant is intended for application to the trimmed areas of the EasySoft liner.

For proper application:

1. Finish and trim the EasySoft liner.
2. Clean the liner thoroughly and remove any residual polishing material.
3. Apply a thin layer of EasySoft Sealant to the trimmed areas only.
4. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and curing.

EasySoft's technical instructions specifically recommend applying the sealant to trimmed areas only.

Mixing Tip Requirement

Use mixing tips with a 3.2 mm tip opening for dispensing EasySoft Sealant.
