Product Description

EasySoft™ Bonding Agent #0504 is the dedicated adhesive used to create a strong bond between the EasySoft permanent soft denture liner and the acrylic denture base.

Designed specifically for the EasySoft liner system, the bonding agent works by penetrating the acrylic surface and creating the chemical bond necessary for reliable adhesion. Proper application is an important part of achieving the intended performance of the EasySoft liner system.

Application

The manufacturer recommends a two-application process:

1. First application: Brush the bonding agent onto the acrylic surface where the EasySoft liner will be placed. Allow approximately 30 seconds for the adhesive to penetrate the acrylic surface.
2. Second application: Apply a second layer to provide complete coverage of the acrylic base.
3. Allow the adhesive to dry for the full 2 minutes before applying the EasySoft liner material.
4. Do not blow dry the adhesive during either application.

Following the manufacturer's application instructions is strongly recommended for optimum bonding performance.
